Today I got keen to start rewarding people in my downline that have introduced people themselves with some spillover.

What this means is that I have an excess of front line people which are better off being placed in active legs of my downline. An active leg being an affiliate that has introduced somebody to the business opportunity themselves and indicated that they are prepared to do some work.

When I move the inactive person below an active person, I get 3 benefits:

  • I excite the upline affiliate that got a new member below them
  • I maybe shake up the inactive member in some way if they get shuffled around and maybe contacted by their new upline
  • I have less future work to do supporting too many front line people

This process is also known as spillover. It’s what happens when an upline affiliate has too many personally sponsored people. But they have to be strategically placed for maximum growth of the business i.e. under people that are active in building their own business.

After doing this placement I noticed somebody appearing in my inbox from an old downline builder I set up a few years back so I re-started this today and gave Robert an immediate downline member. An email to the members of this downline builder is going out as I type so their may be an influx of these people to this blog. Welcome folks!

Momentum is gathering here and I hope you take the plunge and join uVme for free now. You can see a green banner in the header of this web site. Click that to sign up and position yourself in the business. I’ll try and identify you (from your email or comparison of name registered in the downline builder) as one of the downline builder group and get you some spillover ASAP. :-)

I have another list of 100 networkers that I plan to email about this soon, so standby everybody! Hint: if you introduce even one new person yourself, your eligibility for spillover goes up.
