Today I got an invite to beta test the uVme Games and found that I had a similar experience to the people featured in the video below.

First of all I logged in to see the selection of games on offer. My eye was drawn to a Sudoku game so I went for that. First of all there were some demo screens showing how the game is played. It is like normal Sudoku, but you are playing against the clock as you fill in the grid. Also, the pressure is on you to decide where the initial numbers are placed.

I managed to fill about 3 grids on my first attempt and got the hang of it all.

When I clicked to play again, I was surprised to find that I was being challenged by another player. Now the pressure was on so I worked faster and made many mistakes in my haste, but I thrashed them by a factor of 10 on the final score. This was a really adrenaline pumping time with the pressure of wanting to win, making good decisions and beating the clock.

I tried the other games but thought they were pretty childish so I didn’t want to play them for long and waste my time. So it looks like I will have difficulty recommending the UVME  product. But there are other people that do seem to enjoy the games.
